The ‘Kuwait medical students volunteers’ in partership with 360 MALL brings you the unique and popular educational program the ‘Teddy Bear Hospital’ for the third onsecutive year, with a very passionate and dedicated aim which focuses on reducing childhood anxiety in infants & toddler towards medical environments, procedures and professionals.

‘White Coat Syndrome’, fear of medical environments is an increasing issue with the young population. It is a phenomenon in which patients exhibit a blood pressure level above the normal range, in a clinical setting, due to anxiety while they don’t experience it in other settings.

This educational and enlightening journey will allow children to overcome their fear of the ‘White Coat Syndrome’ through symbolic clinical play of taking their teddy for a dummy X-ray, teddy examination, giving them injections, among other treatments.
